Overview

Johnson Screens is looking for an experienced field service manager to support the growth of Johnson Screens field service division. This role will be responsible for the Planning, structure, organization and execution of the global field service Strategy . The manager will support the sales teams in our service offerings including service extensions into markets we currently do not service. You will begin with a basic team of experienced service technicians as the starting basis for the service offering.

The successful candidate will work with cross functions of Johnson Screens teams to increase the professional service support provided by our service team. This includes development of standards and expectations, work with our global locations to increase consistency in our offerings and work with the service team to train, retain and support their personal development.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • P&L Responsibility
  • Sales Support
  • Procedures and guidelines development
  • Policy definitions, implementation and adherence
  • General organization of Field Service team
  • Training of Field Service team
  • Definition of Skill set of personnel team
  • Customer communication for timing & organization of FS jobs
  • Final technical report review, with recommendations
  • Development of specialty services + additional labor from different market
  • Organization of global FS personnel, equipment and additional manpower
  • Must know Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality System Manual, Operating and technical procedures and work instructions as it applies to the position.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned by the Manager.

Required Skills

  • 10+ years of working in a field service role.
  • 3+ years of management experience.
  • Ability to work with clients and support new opportunities.
  • Ability to travel at least 40% of the time (could depend on where you are located).
  • English speaking, reading and writing.
