Job summary – What to expect

The Global Rewards Analyst will be responsible for supporting many of CooperCompanies global compensation and benefits programs, including pensions. Working collaboratively, this position will have responsibility for running global rewards projects like merit processes, bonus payout processes and market pricing. This role will be responsible for coordinating global survey submissions, maintain rewards compensation systems, driving benchmarking efforts and will support global compensation and benefits related tasks. The position will also support ongoing training and development of reward programs and approaches to the wider HR team and as appropriate business leaders


Essential Functions & Accountabilities

  • Conduct ongoing competitive market pricing for salaried, non-salaried and executive level jobs for all client groups
  • Support Rewards Managers and wider team members as needed on project-based analyses, benchmarking and delivery
  • Support multiple, global merit and bonus payout processes (on a variety of systems including spreadsheets
  • Partner with regional HR managers in the collection of employee data in preparation for external surveys and complete survey submissions
  • Provide detailed analysis on competitive position, trends and recommend program adjustments/updates to report on market competitiveness by global region and by job family
  • Maintain market-based pay ranges in MarketPay and develop merit costing models to make global pay structure adjustment recommendations. Drive midpoint analysis for annual structure updates to ensure market competitiveness
  • Support global Benefits renewals and benefit program improvements

  • Hybrid work scheduled 3 days in the office 2 days working from home. Onsite 5 days a week is welcomed.


About you:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure across a wide variety of local, regional and global stakeholders who may have competing requirements
  • Experience with MarketPay compensation analytics system preferable
  • Knowledge and understanding of Willis Towers Watson, Radford, IPAS, and Mercer survey providers strongly preferred
  • Experience managing a system-based merit increase process preferred
  • Exceptional customer service focus, utilizing excellent interpersonal skills for the purpose of communicating and listening, and with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Advanced Excel and math skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and focus on accuracy


Experience

  • Ideally 5+ years of progressive compensation and benefits experience, preferably in a global high technology or medical device industry


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Good standard of English in verbal and written form are essential for this role

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $84,401 and $112,534 per year and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits
