Our NIQ PMO provides an enterprise-wide approach to identify, prioritize and successfully execute a portfolio of initiatives aligned with NIQ vision and strategic goals.

We are a forward thinking, professional team of program / project managers and agile practitioners who deliver market leading technology and deliver capabilities that enable our customers to achieve their goals.

As an Agile Center of Excellence Lead, you’ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled people who are passionate about agile values, principles and practices. Our team is co-located and agile, with central hubs in Chicago, Madrid, Toronto and Chennai.

  • Oversee the Agile Center of Excellence and the success of the Agile transformation
  • Maintain a clear mission, vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Agile Center of Excellence
  • Establish an Agile maturity model to cultivate the agile mindset across the organizational
  • Development and optimization of an Agile training program
  • Act as an organizational change agent
  • Provide coaching and experience related to the Agile principles, values and practices
  • Optimize Agile analytics for the program, ART, and team levels across the organization
  • Facilitate cross-team prioritization between Stakeholders and Technology teams

Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to effectively interface across cross-functional technology teams and the business
  • Minimum B.S. degree
  • SAFe SPC certification required and SPCT candidate or equivalent
  • 10+ Years of Agile experience and 5+ years of leading an Agile CoE
  • Deep understanding of servant leadership and leading with empathy
  • Deep understanding of Lean Portfolio Management, Agile Budgeting, Portfolio Management and Estimation
  • High degree of coaching and mentorship experience
