About The Role
As a Remote Lead Manager, you'll play a crucial role in our high-volume real estate operation. Your main focus will be on managing incoming leads and ensuring exceptional customer service through prompt follow-ups and appointment scheduling. Responsibilities
Respond promptly to incoming leads and missed calls, guiding potential clients through our services.
Maintain consistent follow-ups with previous contacts to schedule appointments.
Gather necessary information from sellers to facilitate appointment scheduling.
Prioritize and manage lead follow-ups according to established protocols.
Keep accurate records of all communications and updates using our daily dashboards.
Conduct outbound calls to targeted lists, identifying potential opportunities for our services.
Collaborate closely with our team to ensure timely scheduling and confirmation of appointments.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable using and learning new software systems.
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
High school diploma or equivalent.
