The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an HR Analyst to support the People and Operations Team of a top national association. This role will analyze a wide range of HR data and work with leadership to develop a long-term strategy based on current industry trends. Right now, a long-term temporary opportunity expected to last 3-5 months.
Responsibilities Include:
- Create reports and briefing materials
- Analyze trends in staff and workforce planning, talent development, succession planning
- Make recommendations to internal teams
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of HR-focused business analysis experience
- Intermediate proficiency in most MS Office programs, advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong research and analysis skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and concisely with different stakeholders
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area or have independent plans for relocation.
