Job Summary

The Human Resources Analyst will be part of a dynamic, forward-thinking team as we transform HR. In this role, you will be crucial in driving our modern HR function to support a growing workforce. You will collect, compile, and analyze HR data, metrics, and statistics to provide insightful recommendations that optimize our systems, processes, and procedures.

What you do

  • Gather and evaluate HR data from multiple sources to uncover trends and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing HR processes and decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools to provide predictive insights that support recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance, contributing to a connected HR ecosystem that integrates training, compensation, benefits, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Support benefit reconciliations and manage other data-driven tasks to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Manage projects and process improvements, leveraging change management experience to support the workforce while recommending enhancements to practices, forms, reports, and systems
  • Develop and maintain various reports and queries using appropriate tools to support ongoing data needs and ensure data integrity
  • Prepare and communicate data results to support a modern, data-driven workplace
  • Partner with employees, HR, and other departments to successfully implement new systems and procedures and create strategies for improving workforce development and operational efficiency


Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, computer science or related field
  • Proficient in qualitative and quantitative measurement and data collection design principles
  • Skilled in using advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Seeks to understand the business to develop relevant, informative dashboards, reports, and recommendations.
  • Ability to constructively collaborate with various individuals with a variety of personalities.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite and able to quickly learn the organization’s HRIS, payroll, and similar employee/candidate management software
  • Eager to be part of a proactive HR team that is a thought leader and model for future workplaces


Nice to Have

  • Demonstrated experience as an analyst, auditor, or similar role
  • Six Sigma or PMP certification
  • Experience or interest in working in the HR domain
  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, or other HR-related software systems
  • Familiarity with HR operations, such as hiring, payroll, and employee benefits
  • Ability to understand the culture of the company
