Job Summary

e.l.f. Cosmetics is looking for a creative and analytical intern to join our Digital team. This position will assist

with loyalty and email marketing analysis and strategy for e.l.f. Cosmetics, e.l.f. SKIN, Well People and Keys

Soulcare, working closely with the rest of the CRM and e-Commerce teams, Creative, IT, and outside

agencies.

The ideal hire will be passionate about beauty and interested in turning insights into action. This position can be based in our New York City office or remote.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRM Manager with planning, executing, and analyzing e.l.f. beauty squad loyalty campaigns
• Assist with email marketing campaigns from end-to-end, including concept development and content
  
  
  

planning, audience segmentation and targeting, set-up, deployment, reporting and ongoing testing and

optimization.

• Assist with personalization and segmentation by analyzing performance data and identifying
  
  
  

opportunities for A/B testing to optimize and drive improvements to KPIs.

• Assist team and email agency with directions on building, QA and deploying email, SMS and loyalty
  
  
  

campaigns.

• Partner with eCommerce, Brand Marketing, Social, Data team and Paid Media teams to share channel
  
  
  

insights and align on support for product launches, brand marketing priorities, eCommerce promotions

and CRM initiatives.

• Assist with ad hoc initiatives across the digital marketing team as needed
  
  
  

Requirements

• Highly proficient in Excel
• Strong critical thinking and ability to analyze data to draw conclusions
• Relevant experience working on a retail, e-commerce and/or consumer products brand
• Relevant experience working in digital marketing, CRM (customer relationship management), email
  
  
  

marketing, and/or e-commerce

• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving outcomes in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills, deadline-driven
• Comfortable working in a collaborative manner and a highly creative out-of-the-box thinker
