Junior Architect

Join a highly collaborative, fast-paced studio styled team of architects and interior designers in a multi-discipline environment. Involvement in all phases of highly technical custom residential projects from programming, schematic design, detailed design, and construction administration. The position requires a high level of commitment to teamwork and collaboration. As a member of our team, travel may be required in support of your project activities, and our key Target Market Segments.

Responsibilities:

• Support role on architectural and interior architectural projects
• Create all components of a drawing package
• Build BIM models
• Develop the design intent into construction documentation
• Perform revisions to drawings
• Prepare presentation material
• Assist with the coordination of the design through all phases of a project
• Collaborate with other disciplines (both consultants and in house)
• Participate in project related meeting and discussions
• Actively participate in company initiatives

Essential Qualifications:

• A professional degree in architecture or interior design
• Proficiency in SketchUp
• Competent in Revit
• Problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, organization and follow through
• Must be a team player that can handle multiple tasks
