We are seeking a motivated professional to join our close-knit, dedicated finance department at Lyon Aviation. This full-time position offers competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits, based at our Pittsfield Airport office.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage vendor bills using QuickBooks
Prepare and distribute customer statements
Reconcile daily and monthly aircraft fuel records
Process fuel bills in Flight Operations Software (FOS)
Assist with employee travel expense reporting
Support the Senior Accounting Specialist with various tasks
Office Administration
Serve as the face of our company, greeting airport customers
Collaborate with line service team to facilitate customer fuel purchases
Process front desk credit card transactions
Handle receptionist duties, including phone communications
