- Answer phones.
- Manage mail.
- Order office supplies.
- Greet guests.
- Book conference rooms.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.
- Positive attitude.
- Superb written and verbal skills and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Team Player.
- Fanatical attention to detail.
- People person.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
