Qualifications
Prior experience in Operations leading a team
Experience in Insurance or Financial Industries (highly preferred)
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environment where creativity and adaptability are celebrated
A natural integrator with the ability to drive processes and procedures and hold people accountable to them
Demonstrated history of ensuring and verifying adherence to operational processes while inspiring a team
