    Account Executive @ Sendoso

I love working for Sendoso because I witness firsthand how our product enhances the entire sales cycle every single day. As we enter the second half of 2024, I wanted to share some highly effective use cases that I have seen the most success with: 1. Confirming every meeting with a Gift Card (Starbucks, Amazon, & DoorDash are top choices). I have a 90% meeting show rate  2. After Discovery/First Call, sending personalized gifts tailored to conversations (e.g., I had a call with a CMO recently who was taking a family trip to Disney so I sent her a Disney gift card to enjoy during their time there) 3. During Negotiation/Procurement, I typically send an item from our Marketplace (cookies, cupcakes, plants) to show my gratitude for their time  4. Keeping prospects engaged by forwarding notifications when gifts are shipped/delivered. This helps me stay top of mind & allows me to ask any outstanding questions without having to send a check-in email  If you want to learn more about gifting best practices, send me a message and we can connect!

“Spray and pray” does not work anymore –  everybody can do that now with AI. And now that the urgency to use AI has started to stick among marketers, it’s already being used to cut and paste, and put out less-meaningful messages to prospects. There’s a huge value in thinking about the customer in a more holistic view by bringing in automated, personalized orchestration and intent data and other signals. Listen to the whole podcast with Dave and Kris Rudeegraap, CEO of Sendoso, a leading platform for direct mail and gifting in B2B marketing. They cover: - The differences between Growth Ops and Revenue Ops (and where each is most effective) - Must-try direct mail strategies that go above and beyond to create memorable customer experiences - How companies have created automated programmatic outbound strategies using AI, including tools and techniques that enhance efficiency and personalization Search Exit Five anywhere you listen to podcasts.

AE | Sendoso Gifting | Selling In Public

This is a casual Wednesday afternoon email. A response like this can be yours 🔥 Here's the thing, I use gifting in my process, AS a gifting platform. I'd be shocked if my competitors (gifting platforms) weren't also sending this CMO something, I know she's talking to 2 others. All things being equal, who will win the deal? The rep who provides the better experience. The rep who shows they value the conversation. The rep who is sitting on the dinner table when they talk about their day. Skip the voicemails, skip the inbox, & join em for dinner. Deal Details: $30k opp vs $250 wine package

Want to get ahead, juggler? Drop some balls. Early in our careers, we are taught the importance of grasping the fundamentals of our craft. We learn the benefits of focusing on the tasks at hand. "Attention to detail" is invariably on the skills matrix. "She's going to go far - she never drops a ball." And on it goes. You do such a good job keeping every ball in the air that your manager throws you a few more. "You never drop a ball." And so you figure it out. You're the star of the show. And here's your reward - more balls incoming! More balls in the air == higher self-worth, right?? Then one of these figurative curveballs hits you: - A wayward ball drops. Gasp! There goes the clean sheet. And what of the self-worth? - You're running ragged. No time to breathe. No time to live. - The world around you is sprinting along as you keep your eye on the ball(s). "Abhay - you've got to know how to drop some balls." I despised this advice when I received it several years ago from my manager. "That's just not who I am," my inside voice said. "I don't drop any balls. That's why people trust me and value what I do." Was she right or what! It was excruciating initially and I second-guessed myself repeatedly. However, trading in my juggling skills and getting more reps with 'brutal prioritization' has been one of the biggest unlocks in my career. Some would say I've even gotten good with this prioritization thing. :-) Your value is not determined by how many balls you can keep up in the air. It's in knowing which ones you don't want to drop.
