Plant Controller

StevenDouglas has been engaged on a unique Plant Controller search in Austin, Texas. This is an exciting time to be part of joining this established Company, while building out a Plant Accounting function for a newly opened facility.

Who ?

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Individuals seeking to be part of "building" a function, as this is a newly created role to oversee a brand new plant location.
• This role is on-site, 5 days a week.

What ?

This role will be responsible for financial reporting and general accounting support, forecasting, plant budgets, budgeting, product costing, reviews of product profitability, and preparing metrics for review at the plant level.
