Our impressive client, a leading privately held food manufacturer is seeking a Plant Controller to support the accounting and finance for their portfolio well-known brands.
Job responsibilities for the Plant Controller:
Lead, coach, and mentor a team
Manage full cycle GL accounting including standard costing
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Job requirements for the Plant Controller:
Bachelors degree, Accounting or Finance
4+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing or plant environment
Blended accounting and finance background
Large ERP user
Advanced Excel skills
Public Accounting experience is a PLUS
CPA is a PLUS
