Responsibilities

  • High-end mail sorting
  • Records management, including printing and insertion
  • Physical tasks: walking, bending, twisting, lifting up to 20 lbs
  • Use of computers (training provided)
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
  • Dress Code: Business casual
  • Location: 5575 Venture Drive Unit D, Parma, OH 44130 (free parking)
  • Amenities: On-site refrigerators, microwaves, and lockers for valuables
  • Job Type: Temp to Engage
  • Shift Timing: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Mon to Fri)

Roles & Responsibilities -

  • Fulfilment Centre Operations:
  • Operate high-volume printing equipment for large print jobs
  • Perform copying, shipping, receiving, sorting, and distributing mail/faxes
  • Apply postage as needed

Equipment Maintenance

  • Maintain and repair customer site copier equipment
  • Perform daily inspections, clear paper jams, and report issues

Additional Tasks

  • Bindery, quality control, final checks, housekeeping, file services, call centre, reception
  • Set up meetings and perform light maintenance
  • Distribute office supplies, faxes, and mail
  • Calculate job charges and maintain billing logs
  • Respond to and coordinate service calls
  • Deliver completed jobs to customer locations
  • Maintain daily metre and service logs
  • Travel between customer buildings if needed
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Answer questions about job status and feasibility
  • Ensure copier areas are neat and stocked

Miscellaneous Duties

  • Shipping and receiving of materials
  • Meeting room setups, building occupant moves, re-lamping, light maintenance, occasional cleaning
  • Possible overtime, including emergency response
  • Use of various equipment (shrink-wrap machine, paper cutter, binder, etc.)

Administrative Tasks

  • Perform filing duties, including purging and archiving old documents
  • Use copier equipment, calculators, fax machines, postage meters, and some PC work
