Our client, a leader in outdoor power equipment is seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Support and Product Manager to join their team in Mesquite, TX. This is your opportunity to be at the forefront of customer satisfaction and product support, driving excellence in both areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the customer support team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively
- Implement and refine customer support processes to enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead and manage the creation of supporting content for parts and accessories, through the Product Support team.
- Manage the creation and updating of illustrated parts lists and their related service parts and kits
- Manage customer / channel specific service parts price files
- Utilize daily parts and accessory sales reports to assist in timely customer shipments
- 5+ years in a customer support or product support role within the durable goods industry.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects and process improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
