Die Cutter #1 (Small),Die Cutter #2 (Large), Sheeter #1-3,Tube Cutter, Cutting Machine #1, Slitter #1-3, Blister, Fiback Machine, EZ Purge Machine, Subsea Construction & Assembly, L-Bar Sealer and Heat Tunnel, Sewing Machines, Laminators, Bottle Filling Machine, Pouch Filling Machine, Core Making Machine, Core Cutter, Printing Machine and as well as other machinery as added to facility.
May be assigned to assist engineers in all phases of the design, development, production, testing, operation, and maintenance of electrical and electronic equipment. Assembly of electronic products and soldering of circuit boards.
Responsible for reading specifications in work orders, measuring production output throughout the process and at completion, preparing daily raw material stock usage reports, as well as WIP and production reports.
Stages raw materials and parts for manufacturing/assembly. Packages products per work orders for addition to inventory. May be responsible for pulling orders for immediate shipment.
Notifies Quality Control Administrator of products out of specification and properly quarantine those products.
May operate a Mill, Lathe, Drill Press, Forklift and/or Pallet Wrapping Machine.
May operate computer, computer numerical controlled machining, caliper and/or micrometer
May operate other basic equipment/hand-held tools integral to performance of manufacturing and assembly
