We're looking for an experienced independently licensed MH clinician experienced in delivering community MH services for a diverse population of clients with chronic and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
The PD provides daily oversight of the CCBHC and implementation of the CCBHC project activities, internal and external coordination, developing policies and procedures, and supervising staff individually and in staff meetings.
Working closely with the Program Evaluator/ Data Collection Specialist, the PD is the liaison for SAMHSA and is responsible for communication and reporting to SAMHSA regarding program development and operations.
The PD is responsible for providing direction and management to program staff, in conjunction with the Coordinator of Substance Use Services, ensuring they are providing services to Outpatient Clinic clients and adhering to the fidelity of the model. The Program Director is also responsible for managing the program budget.
The PD is responsible for coordinating services with DCO’s and other community partners. They work in tandem with the Vice President of Clinical Services and the Medical Director to ensure that all objectives of the grant are met.
Qualifications:
Master’s or PhD level Clinical Degree Independent Licensure: (LICSW, LMHC, or PhD.) or equivalent.
Experience in substance use and mental health services (required).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in mental health and substance use treatment setting.
Minimum 3-5 years of clinical supervisory experience. Demonstrated leadership skills and experience providing training.
Prior experience working with a SAMHSA grant is preferred but not required.
