Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager at KP + J Architects and Engineers, LLC. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting projects, overseeing project management, client communication and responsiveness. They will also be responsible for maintaining project schedules, coordinating with the team, and ensuring project completion within deadlines.
Qualifications
Experience in project management, expediting, and inspection and client management.
Strong logistics management skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Revit, CAD, Bluebeam software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Architecture is a must.
