This job operates in outside on jobsites and inside.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The incumbent occasionally walks and stands for long periods of time. The position requires good manual dexterity (hand, hand with arm, two hands) and multi-limb coordination.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time exempt position. This position may require long hours, and weekend work.
Travel
The role requires minimal travel, up to 5%.
Required Education And Experience
Minimum Undergraduate degree in Health, Safety and Environmental Science
Minimum 2 years’ experience in HSE require
Preferred BCSP Certifications or qualified to obtain
Preferred Education And Experience
Construction industry experience preferred
Takes full ownership of assigned projects and can work independently
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Must possess or be able to obtain a valid and appropriate state driver’s license prior to employment.
