As a Property Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of residential properties, serving as the primary point of contact for property owners/clients. Collaborating closely with accounting, resident coordination, and leasing teams, you will ensure optimal outcomes for property owners while maintaining high standards of service. Your responsibilities will include managing work orders, responding to emergencies, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring compliance with fair housing laws and local market regulations.
Essential Functions
Act as the main client liaison, ensuring their needs are met effectively.
Manage a portfolio of 150-200 homes, considering property quality, unit density, and market conditions.
Collaborate within a team environment, working alongside accounting, resident services, and leasing teams.
Focus on maximizing client returns while adhering to company revenue and margin objectives.
Oversee property maintenance, conduct property visits and inspections, and ensure legal compliance.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Two or more years of experience in property management.
Valid driver's license required.
Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Propertyware, Z Inspector).
Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to superior customer service.
Ability to prioritize tasks, exercise judgment, and take initiative.
