As the ideal candidate, you possess extensive real estate industry knowledge and are a self-starter with exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills. Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel is a must, as you will be working in a fast-paced environment where independent work, multitasking, and meeting deadlines are crucial.
Responsibilities:
Manage multiple assignments directly with clients.
Offer innovative ideas to enhance analyses and improve our business.
Coordinate the entire report production process and workflow.
Mentor and oversee the work of team members.
Manage tasks and production of consultants and associates.
Regular interaction and presentations with clients, as well as business development to sell our consulting services.
Requirements:
Five years of experience in the real estate industry, in an analytical role
Ability to collaborate with personnel at all levels
Strong project and people management experience
Advanced software skills: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
Organized, reliable, trustworthy, and dedicated individual
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines
Candidates must be based in Austin, TX
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field preferred
Experience with data visualization preferred
