Need Infor M3 Experience

We have a lot of unpaid invoices due to EDI issues. EDI issues were caused by new system implementation and a mix of other things.

  • Evaluate EDI 864 messages for issues.
  • Working in Customer Portals to ensure invoices are being received by our customers are accepted
  • Monitoring and Resolving EDI issues being sent via email by our customers
  • Working in the Commerce Hub portal to resolve any EDI related issues
  • Root Cause Analysis on all EDI failures
  • Organizational skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem solving, critical thinking
  • M3 Customer Order Management / SPS Commerce
  • Understands basic WMS and TMS concepts
  • Commerce Hub portal experience is a plus
  • X12, XML, Infor Ion, Java Mapping, Eclipse IDE
  • Takes initiative
  • Data mining, draw conclusions based on trends in data sets
  • Ability to generate trends based on data, actionable reports
  • Strong sense of accountability
  • Strong communication
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to all levels of the organization
