We're looking for an experienced professional to join our team as a Revenue Cycle Business Informaticist. If you're passionate about making a difference in healthcare and have a strong background in revenue cycle analysis and informatics, we'd love to hear from you.

As the Revenue Cycle Business Informaticist, your primary duties will involve analyzing accounts receivable, monitoring, and performing advanced and highly complex levels of technical and analytical revenue cycle functions. Your mission will be to research root causes for variances, identify process and system deficiencies, and report key findings to management. You will work closely with leadership to identify revenue cycle performance shortfalls and collaborate on solutions. Additionally, you will assist in developing and building reports in Epic.

We are seeking a candidate with outstanding analytical, technical, communication, and teamwork skills, and a minimum of five years of experience in professional billing and revenue cycle functions.

Open to full-time remote candidates who reside in the Western Region within the PST or MST time zones, excluding California.

Starting pay range, based on experience: $72,833 - $109,249 per year.

Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required; 4 years’ equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum of five years’ experience in professional billing and revenue cycle functions required.
  • Previous revenue cycle leadership experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounts receivable analysis preferred.
  • Expert knowledge in Epic Resolute – Professional Billing.
  • Proficient in Epic Radar Dashboards, Reporting Workbench, and Slicer Dicer.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Excellent research and advanced technical skills.
