Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SAP Program Director to join our team! The SAP Program Director is responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of a portfolio of related projects for the organization, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop program strategies, plans, and budgets, as well as managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develops and implements program strategies and plans, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Oversees the successful delivery of portfolio related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with quality.
  • Manages relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors, to ensure that program objectives are stakeholder needs are met.
  • Develops and maintains program budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Monitors and analyzes program performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the program management function.
  • Provides guidance and support to project teams on process improvements and best practices.
  • Ensures that programs are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manages risk and ensures that programs are adequately protected through effective risk management strategies.
  • Ensures effective communication and collaboration across the organization, including with other program managers and senior leadership.

Qualifications

Education, Training, and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management, OR equivalent years of experience.
  • At least 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on managing a portfolio of related projects.
  • Project management certification is a plus.

  • Must be a hands-on leader with a strong ability to influence, collaborate, and foster successful partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Strong technical expertise in program management processes and procedures.
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including compliance requirements for technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • A deep understanding of business processes and the ability to align SAP solutions with business objectives.
