Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Understand client needs and objectives, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure client success and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
- Advocate for clients internally, championing their needs and priorities to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Monitor customer health metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues or risks.
- Drive product adoption and usage among clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitive offerings to effectively position Advantage Club's solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably as a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager
- Strong understanding of the IT industry, particularly within the HR domain.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue opportunities for client growth and expansion.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing customer needs and challenges.
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other customer success tools.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
- Passion for customer success and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
