Job Description
As a Remote Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio of single-family rental properties. Operating in a remote capacity, you will enjoy flexibility in your schedule while spearheading various aspects of property management. You'll lead a dedicated team of assistants to ensure seamless operations, from property make-readies and advertising to lease compliance and tenant renewals.
Responsibilities
Facilitate smooth resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, processing applications, and collecting security deposits.
Maintain property integrity by addressing tenant concerns, enforcing occupancy rules, inspecting vacant units, and coordinating with landscaping services to enhance tenant satisfaction.
Develop and manage budgets, oversee rent collection, handle bill payments, and execute other financial duties to achieve established objectives.
Contribute to marketing initiatives aimed at generating excitement and attracting qualified leads and leases.
Determine rental rates through market research and cost analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pricing.
Qualifications
Flexibility to work remotely with no set hours, including evenings and weekends as needed to meet job requirements effectively.
Active Texas Real Estate License is mandatory.
Minimum of three years of prior single-family home property management experience.
Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous.
