What you will do
Oversee the reconciliation of daily cash transactions
Collaborate with the Accounts Payable and Order Management team to reconcile and match cash transactions
Utilize existing ERP systems to improve efficiencies on account reconciliations.
Assist with the creation of cash dashboards to provide prudent financial data to executives
Assist with investigating general ledger and treasury activities
Act as the go-to expert for all matters related to cash and accounts payable
Foster collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to optimize processes and facilitate scalable operational growth.

Must Haves
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in general accounting..
Experience with general ledger accounting and journal entries. Must have proficiency in understanding balance sheet and income statement
Prior experience with account reconciliations
Meticulous attention to detail, coupled with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work effectively both independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, coupled with a knack for implementing innovative solutions.
Working knowledge of ERP systems such as Sage Intacct, NetSuite, and airbase.
