This role is hybrid, based in Redmond, WA with the expectation to come into the office a 3 days a week.

The Staff Project Engineer will lead a cross-functional engineering team in the planning, coordinating, monitoring and execution of new and current medical device projects.
- You will be responsible for maintaining the design performance of legacy products in the field as well as design enhancements for additional product performance
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team on a technical program or may function as project manager on small projects to develop new medical devices or accessories.
- Continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.
- Accountable for meeting project scope, milestones and cost objectives.
- Provide timely project status reports and other communications to management and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and schedules in collaboration with other functional teams.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
- Performs other related duties as required.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree required; in engineering or technical discipline
- 3+ years of project leadership, technical project management, technical leadership, project engineering, or relevant experience
- 1+ year of engineering experience in product development
