Job Description
The Technology Enabled Support Director will be responsible for developing and managing technology support services. This position will develop and build the program; implement program policies and procedures; ensure quality services are provided; and advance program objectives. The Technology Enabled Support Director will provide feedback for strategic planning and promote ever-increasing quality of services. Ensures the technology support aspect of program services meet agency guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
Qualifications

The Technology Enabled Support Director will provide feedback for strategic planning and promote ever-increasing quality of services. Ensures the technology support aspect of program services meet agency guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards.
Qualifications
- Must have bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Must have at least 3 years of management experience in in the field.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and/or working with assistive technologies.
- Must have experience managing and tracking budgetary information.
- Previous experience related to sales or marketing of services preferred.
- Experience working with state agencies preferred.
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite required, and previous experience with electronic health record systems preferred.
- This position typically works regular business hours. May work evenings and weekends as need.
- This position will travel to other locations for meetings and conferences. May have overnight travel.
- Must have current driver’s license and proof of insurance.
- Must complete and maintain all required trainings/certifications.
- Must maintain confidential information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
