Treasury Analyst - Credit Manager

Our client, a respected credit asset manager, is seeking a Chicago-based Treasury Analyst to join their growing team! This position comes with cross-training and opportunities to learn and advance within the company!

Job Function

• Allocating and carefully documenting all new investment opportunities in accordance with the client’s allocation policy
• Monitoring and tracking allocation policy and debt compliance related tests ensuring pre-trade compliance with all trades prior to execution
• Providing detailed allocation analysis scenarios for senior management
• Reviewing, assessing and recommending optimal financing options for investment opportunities
• Providing reporting on FX positions and hedging recommendations to senior members of the Treasury Team
• Monitoring unlevered loan portfolio and assess leverage options for loans
• Providing reporting and analysis on underlying loan portfolios to senior members of the Treasury Team
• Processing trade activity in the trade order management system (Everest)
• Ensuring all deliverables are logged into centralized tracking calendar and all reporting requirements are met
• Maintaining appropriate records for data integrity
• Participating in special projects as required
  
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related financial discipline with an outstanding record of academic achievement
• CPA and / or audit experience desired
• 2 to 5 years of work experience in corporate finance, public accounting or management consulting; familiarity with debt agreements and FX a plus
• Exceptional Excel modeling and analysis skills; Wall Street Office, SharePoint, Everest, PowerBI and Chatham Direct systems a plus
• Flexibility around responsibilities and working hours, as required
• Ability to independently drive projects to completion while also functioning effectively in a team environment
