Data-Driven Strategies: Collaborate with analytics teams to implement data-driven segmentation insights and develop engaging contact strategies.
Innovation: Identify new ways to utilize data and technology to enhance CRM strategies.
Collaboration: Lead the design of customer-centric communication systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.
Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they are updated on industry trends and best practices.
Business Development: Support business growth through facilitating client workshops and providing high-quality recommendations.
Qualifications
Experience: 10-12 years in marketing, martech, and CRM.
Expertise: Proven track record in data-driven segmentation for customer-centric strategies.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
Cross-Channel Expertise: Deep understanding of CRM and innovative channel selection.
