VP - Real Estate Technology Platform Solutions - $350k TC

Want to lead the Technical Evolution for a Global Private Equity firm growing by $1Billion AUM every week?

With over $1bn flowing through the firm each week, they are experiencing rapid growth that current enterprise systems struggle to support.

This is a functional role, sitting between the business and technology team, to spearhead the technological advancement of their US Real Estate entity. Your initial focus will be on assessing the current systems to identify enhancements, implementations, and integrations needed to align with business growth.

Following this evaluation, you will be given autonomy and responsibility to lead and manage a portfolio of critical projects, ensuring each implementation plan stays on track and delivers results. You will ultimately be the primary point of contact for determining project priorities, resource allocation, and capacity planning.

To excel in this role, you must possess a deep understanding of how Real Estate systems interconnect and have experience managing complex implementation projects.

Total compensation will be up to $350k.
