Position Overview
Are you a driven individual with a knack for identifying growth opportunities? We're seeking a talented Regional Real Estate Manager to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in our growth strategy by identifying and securing prime locations for new Tommy's Express sites across the region.

Responsibilities
Identify and assess potential trade areas for new site viability
Maintain a database of qualified trade areas within the regional territory
Conduct feasibility analyses for proposed sites
Present site proposals to the Real Estate Committee for approval
Manage the regional real estate deal pipeline to meet growth objectives
Collaborate with the Franchise Development team to implement clear growth strategies
Cultivate relationships with third-party professionals in target markets
Assist in managing development agreements and site approvals for franchise locations
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
1-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in national or regional brand development
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems effectively
Integrity, dependability, and results-oriented mindset
Customer care mindset with a focus on excellence
Location and Travel:
This role requires frequent regional travel (50%+) to visit potential Tommy's Express sites. When not traveling, remote work from home is an option.
Work Environment
This position operates in a remote or professional office setting, with standard office hours Monday through Friday. Travel expectations include various weather conditions and driving between company locations.
