Golden words. The best solution to overcome the Anger is, whenever you get anger on someone, Just don’t reply at that instance. Suggest to reply next day with cool mind. Believe me, you will respond in your best way with fresh mindset.

That includes bad stories, anxiety, failures, and mistakes. Learn to let go of what you can't control. Let go of the past. Let go of mistakes. Remember that every day you are doing your best. When you know better, you do better. Learn from it and move on.

In the end you need to make a choice about what kind of person you want to be. You can be someone who goes out and does things. You will make mistakes. You will have victories. You will have your flaws pointed out. You will be judged by others who know nothing about you, but want to make an example out of your errors. Or You can be the person that talks about what others are doing. You won't make mistakes You wont' have any victories. You will never hear about your flaws. You won't actually live. So the choice is yours.

If you want solutions, to bypass your own bullshit, or strategies for your goals, I’m your person. If you want to bitch and moan, and focus on problems, you’ll have to find someone else. Pro tip: Venting is a waste of time. Life is trying to HELP you become the person who can handle the pressures that WILL COME ALONG with the life you keep saying you WANT. So get used to RESPONDING, rather than REACTING. When you do, you will experience a helluva lot less drama and derailments. ~ Dawn Read

THOUGHTS AFTER A TOUGH WEEK OF NEGATIVE ENERGY: Give your energy to things (& personalities) that matter. Power trips, gossip, manipulation, nay-saying,.....those things won't matter in the future unless you continue to drag those influences along with you on your shoulders. They are excess weight & they are a hinderance. Stop letting them define you & start defying them by staying focused on what matters. Life becomes a lot more pleasurable when you realize that you can write yourself a new story at any time. Doesn’t matter what people know you as. Doesn’t matter what you thought you wanted. All it takes is a deciding that you want to play a different game, by a different set of rules, and now you’re on a different trajectory. You can make that decision at 19 or 59. But there’s peace in knowing you can pull that lever whenever you want. And it’s still the right decision for you. One of the best ways I’ve found to get out of an anxious cycle is to remember that I have this power. But like with any power, use it responsibly.
