Understanding how long the company has been in operation provides a glimpse into its industry experience and stability, while the background of the founders can offer clues about the company’s strategic direction and core values. 2. Operational and Strategic Approach It is crucial to know how they ensure their SDRs are knowledgeable about your products, services, and industry. Usually, an SDR is an entry-level role, so they need training and support to participate effectively in complex sales. Understanding how the partner handles underperformance in their team is relevant to whether they have a talent pool available if replacements are needed. 3.
