We are proud to announce that Experian has been awarded The Menopause Friendly Accreditation in the UK. This accreditation is industry-recognised and the only one that sets clear standards which must be met by companies when it comes to understanding and supporting menopause in the workplace. We join the ranks of other employers who are changing the way people think about menopause and embedding long-term, sustainable change. Kathy England, Experian Menopause ERG Lead, said: "Getting accredited is a dream come true. It means no-one else will have to go through the issues I went through without having anyone to talk to or help."

The impact of student loan debt is far reaching, well beyond the years a student graduates from college. Historically under-resourced communities typically take on more debt and are more likely to default, according to a study by the Pew Charitable Trusts. That’s what made the second edition of the Center for Financial Advancement (CFA) Credit Academy’s #IYKYK Pitch Competition so impactful. Students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) innovated to find solutions for their peers on how they can pay off student loan debt within five years of graduation. Watch part of the experience of the #LegacyLeaders from Bowie State University, Alabama State University, and North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University who made it to Experian’s North America headquarters to pitch their solutions. In partnership with HomeFree-USA and powered by #ExperianBallForLife, Experian continues to promote financial literacy and empowerment for future generations across the country. 🚴♂️ This weekend, seven of our amazing colleagues at Experian took on the incredible challenge of cycling 140 kilometres from our office in Nottingham to Skegness to raise funds for Prostate Cancer UK. We're thrilled to share that not only did they complete the ride, but they also exceeded all fundraising targets for the charity! A huge congratulations to the entire team for their dedication and hard work.
