Representation, mentorship, and access to resources can make a difference for our students. We teamed up with the American Institutes for Research (AIR) to find out the real impact that our Summer Programs can have on our students’ paths to science and tech careers, and the results tugged on our heartstrings. Our study found that our participants are significantly more likely to major in computer science-related fields in college, underscoring the effectiveness of our holistic educational approach. Thank you to AIR for validating what we've seen firsthand: Summer Programs are a catalyst for confidence and success in the tech industry. We're proud that our Summer Immersion Program and Self-Paced Program cater to diverse learning styles, foster a supportive community and prioritize inclusive curriculum.
