The Road Safety Authority (RSA) has shared the new General Safety Regulation (GSR2). As of 7 July, the outlined safety features must apply to all newly manufactured vehicles. From the first Pride event in Ireland in 1974 when just a handful of people marched from the Department of Justice to the British Embassy to protest the colonial laws that continued to criminalise homosexuality in Ireland, and the first Dublin Pride Parade in 1983 through to today, Pride has grown to become one of the biggest and most popular events in the country. In celebration of this momentous milestone, the fiftieth anniversary Dublin Pride March and Parade will take place on Saturday, 29 June.     We'll continue to foster a diverse, inclusive, and accepting environment where everyone can feel safe and be themselves.
