Start-ups and VC-funded orgs in the early stages are putting their worst foot forward by starting their GTM Motion with specialization in sales roles, and the gluttony of tools to support them. So, young, unsuspecting SDRs follow the line to the chow hall to receive their daily dose of malnutrition until they starve to death, get fired/replaced, or smarten up. It's not a horrible idea to think about being a contract "hired gun." Well, that is, if you take your livelihood, success, and future as seriously as Hunter does.
