Just had some thoughts about something that's been on my mind lately – the whole "Identity vs. Role" thing, especially in sales. So, here’s the deal. In sales, we often get so wrapped up in our roles. We become "the salesperson," always thinking about targets, strategies, and conversions. But there's more to us than just our jobs, right? 🤔 Your role in sales is what you do, but it’s not who you are. You might be amazing at closing deals and building client relationships, but that’s just a part of you. It doesn’t define your entire identity. Remember, you're also a friend, a family member, a hobby enthusiast – all these things make up who you truly are. Balancing this can be tough. It’s easy to let your role consume your identity, especially with the pressure to perform. But keeping that separation helps you stay grounded. It’s okay to have a bad sales day – it doesn’t mean you’re a failure as a person. So, let’s cut ourselves some slack and remember to nurture our identities outside of work. Celebrate your wins, but don’t let the losses define you. You’re more than your role, and that’s what makes you awesome. 😊💪

Always ask “how many deposit do you have for the first month?” Why dont you ask about how the progress to make sales, how do you do to achieve the target within 6 months, let do something different to make boom sales, i think its more better than you expect big number for the first months. Dont you understand how to create awareness? If you really know how to do it, you will not ask question like this. Different country different culture.

High-performing sales teams have a few things in common: unparalleled product knowledge, a keen understanding of their customer's needs, and an unbreakable team dynamic. But here's the kicker - these attributes don't develop overnight. They're cultivated through strategic hiring, ongoing training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. So, when you're building your next sales team, remember that the magic isn’t just in recruiting top talent, but in how you bring out the best in them together.

You're a new salesperson. You're sitting in a company, you look at the board, and your numbers stink. You start thinking: 'This is useless. I can never do this.' 'Why am I here?' 'What have I done?' 'Why did I leave that company?' 'Why did I choose a career in sales?' And your confidence goes through the floor. The good news is that we've all been there. Every sales leader that you've worked with, everyone you see who's now nailing it— they've all had that day, that bad week. But my point is: we got through it. The trick isn't to stop when things are really bad. That's the time to keep going. Why stop when things are really shitty for you? Keep going, keep pushing, go through. You'll learn a lot. You'll learn about resilience, you'll learn about discipline, you'll learn about consistency. They'll stop, and you'll keep going—and that's what separates the very best from the good. 2023 is rapidly coming to an end. Though my mind is already oriented towards the future; planning and focusing on the challenges ahead, I am reminded of how far we’ve come this year. When I reflect on how vialytics looked like last January and where we are standing today, the massive growth of our achievements becomes obvious. ➡ We have grown the company by more than 60 people. Never once did we lower the bar of talent for the sake of hiring goals. Each new individual colleague is living our values day by day. They are open, they are appreciative and they definitely are up for it. I can’t imagine vialytics without them anymore. ➡ We have founded legal entities in France and the US. While we entered the French market two years ago, our leap across the pond to the US was probably the biggest step in company history. Today we have an unbelievably motivated American team and already 12 satisfied US customers. ➡ Seeing our product usage continuously increase was probably the most satisfying thing this year. There is no product out there I would rather call ours. ➡ Our Finance and Revenue Operations structures were very basic in January; today those teams are the backbone of our company. ➡ Our GoToMarket Team has evolved most this year. 7 highly qualified Junior Sales Reps have risen out of our internal sales academy, our SDR concept has proven to be very successful and our whole GTM team works even more efficiently together. I want to thank everyone who has been part of our “journey to the moon 🌕” this year for always believing in this company and team.  First I’d like to thank our amazing team, our loyal customers and our committed investors. I especially want to shout-out Andy Kozma, our Chief Revenue Officer, who rounded out our C-Level this year, for bringing in his unlimited energy and irrepressible will to win.
