On Sunday, August 18th, 2024, we will kick off the 37th August Moon Festival at the City of Quincy! We offer a variety of booth options for different types of vendors: - Standard Vendor Booth - Non-Profit Organizations Vendor Booth - Food Vendor Booth - Program Advertisement With each booth purchase, the organizer will provide one 6-foot table, 2 chairs, and a 10x10 tent. We were honored to welcome Senator Elizabeth Warren last Friday to tour Wutabon Inc., our signature workforce development program! Senator Warren met with QARI/Wutabon staff and with two recent graduates now working at Kam Man Food in Quincy to learn about our service model. She also spoke with QARI/Wutabon partners and elected officials about strategic needs to help strengthen and diversify regional workforce pipelines. "I’m here in QARI to celebrate getting $627,000 for QARI, an organization that helps new arrivals, new immigrants to our country, get some basic training and take on essential jobs in our economy," Senator Warren said. "This is a life-saving opportunity for so many people. ... It’s good for all of us." Wutabon Inc. provide skills training and language classes to immigrants, while corporate partners to provide opportunities to learn on the job and potential employment after graduation.
