Sales Leaders - Game changing tool Agility is using called AskElephant - I can query multiple calls from multiple reps and compare/contrast best practices. - I utilize the tool to "give me 5 objections ____ had from the customer and how we could have overcome those in a more compelling manner" - AskElephant slacks all of my rep's pre-call notes, discovery, 3x3, and Account Research prior to every intro call - All of our calls are graded (trained off our grading rubric) and improvement tracked over time - Every follow up email, next steps, and process alignment email is prepped and ready to go (we usually take 90-95% of that email and alter it slightly for voice) - Each week I receive notes, coaching points, and challenge areas for each of my 1v1's before each rep meeting - All of our business cases are ready to go with Situation, Complication, and Recommendation filled out - So much more I am not taking advantage of...YET I could go on about all of the prompts I have written and how else my teams are utilizing this WonderTool- the power of ingesting our calls+training for best practices means we have the best you could ask for. Super grateful to Woody Klemetson, Andrew Brown, Kaden Wilkinson, Eli Gómez for the enhanced partnership and excited for the updates coming soon.

You have to respect the pipeline that is being built, trained, and altitude tested in Utah. Not only are the Utah Jazz creating fans, they are giving back to those loyalists with opportunities to grow. Remember your SDR teams, your Support Staff, your AE teams and others are your Future Leaders of Tomorrow- Give them growth opportunities and a chance to display their names on the backs of the 1st team Jerseys.
The most courts per capita in the nation ✔️ The largest youth program in the league ✔️ 85% of the population near the mountains ✔️ Utah is Mountain Basketball 🏔️🏀 https://lnkd.in/gfvjdjER #TakeNote

A good reminder of going back to the basics to hit your number. SDRs and AEs alike should be calling through these lists.
Let’s talk about the four lists of low hanging fruit 🍌 you should have in your CRM (B2B edition): #1 NO SHOWS People who booked a meeting but didn’t attend are still easier to rebook than net new strangers. “But they didn’t give us the time of day. Why should we follow up?” Ask my old friend Ryan Dance - he used to hit his entire quota for meetings set in like a week and watch more deals close than any other outbound rep at our company. Guess where he sourced a bunch of his leads? The no-show pile. #2 CLOSED LOST I remember when Trish Bertuzzi and I did a webinar together years ago and she said that we reps win something like 25% of deals, lose 25% to competitors, and lose 50% to indecision. That means that most buyers we don’t sell to simply didn’t move forward with any solution. Following up on these is far better than trying to convince someone who’s never heard of you and may not be in-market to consider your product. #3 FORMER CUSTOMERS These are the folks who worked at a customer company previously but have since moved elsewhere. If they had a positive experience with your product they’re more likely to… - Tell you if there’s a potential fit - Champion your product over competitors - Buy from you again No brainer 🧠 #4 EX-CUSTOMERS “Pssst, Rex, that’s number 3!” No no, it’s different. These are the accounts that canceled previously and may be up for renewal with the solution they switched to. Sometimes the grass isn’t greener. Sometimes the person who torpedoed the renewal of your product moved on to another company. In any case, don’t burn the bridge. Try to cross it again. — If you’re an SDR trying to hit quota this month, welcome to your answer. If you’re an AE in search of easier sources of pipeline, jump on it. Either way, happy selling!
