A recent service carried out on the pretreatment and reverse osmosis is system at a lovely distillery in the north. When we arrived the RO wasn’t running. We quickly managed to rectify the issue with a temporary fix. A full strip down of the duplex softener was carried out with the replacement of a damaged spacer. The programming was also checked and adjusted to save site money on salt and water usage. We then went the extra mile and serviced a large simplex carbon unit which until we arrived on site we weren’t aware of.
