Job Description
As an important member of our Client Delivery function within our Decision Analytics division, the role of Delivery Analyst centers on providing clients with support and helping them to consume our software solutions.
What You Will Do
Ensure client engagement throughout all client delivery phases.
Conduct software configuration across multiple software suites.
Perform analytical tasks to support clients in defect resolution.
Offer comprehensive client support throughout the entire project lifecycle (Build, Test, Run).
Contribute to a vibrant Community of practice, encouraging continuous improvement.
You will be given the opportunity to cultivate a versatile set of business, technical, and interpersonal skills. You'll collaborate with some of the world's largest organizations, helping them respond swiftly to market dynamics and opportunities.
Qualifications
What you will bring:
A degree in computing or equivalent experience.
Fluency in English
Proficiency in stakeholder management
A natural inclination to proactivity
The ability to work within a team, or under guidance
Ability to prioritize
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including the latest versions of Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams and Service Now
Experience working in agile environments in a KANBAN-driven setting
Familiarity with a Windows-based operating systems
Working knowledge of XML/JSON
Working Knowledge of soap/restful API's
Prior experience in delivering/configuring software solutions
