External Supply Operations (ESO) is responsible for the global purchase and delivery of more than 200 million packs of medicine each year. Working with supply partners across Europe, Asia, MEA and South America. It contains 100 highly skilled and dedicated people, located in Europe and India, committed to the delivery of high quality, reliable, low-cost medication for patients in over 30 countries in Europe and to B2B customers globally. As part of this team, you will gain international experience in a high growth area of Zentiva’s business, working with a vast set of pharmaceutical manufacturers and formulations and will be part of the Industrial community consisting of internal manufacturing sites and global functions.

MISSION STATEMENT

The Supply Chain Business Data Analyst/ Supply Chain Operational Excellence Specialist mission is to create and maintain of various BI reports, analysis, and Power Point presentations; data models and analytical tools to provide data analytical support to Supply Chain Organization.

The Supply Chain Business Data Analyst / Supply Chain Operational Excellence Specialist is working closely with various functions inside ESO and Zentiva Global Functions and Zentiva Markets Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver metrics and dashboards for tracking and managing the supply chain performance
• Collect, consolidate and analyze the supply chain analyses for large datasets necessary for decisions using actionable insights
• Actively monitor the inventory actualization reports and identifying problem areas to develop mitigation actions
• Generate systems for in-transit inventory transparency and develop actions for lead time & inventory level reduction
• Support creation of appropriate reporting with the company tools BW, Power BI
• Responsible for gathering and cleaning of datasets across multiple data sources
• Responsible for spotting vital insights and developing the framework of the organization’s data system
• Develop tools that support existing and/or new processes
• Develop SOPs and work instructions for new and/or improved processes
• Develop peer, cross-functional and intercompany relationships to leverage best practices, maximize reliability and sustainability
• Support communication plans for timelines and change management activities related to Supply Chain policy and operation
• Analyze system deficiencies and recommend changes for improved performance
• Develops internal specific trainings for the Supply Chain Team (PowerBI, Master Data, Basic SAP, Reporting, Excel etc)
• Conducts the induction process for all new team members (Master Data, SC, Planning)
• Communicate, align and collaborate with critical stakeholders Market Supply chain, Plant Supply Chain, Launch management, Transfer, Quality, Regulatory, IT and others) to plan and to consolidate business needs.
  
  

Skills And Attributes

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Working with both structured and unstructured databases
• Understand the relationship between process and system
• Able to ensure project priorities, meet critical business needs and timelines
• Ability to build effective relationships with internal/ external stakeholders
• Action oriented and results, ability to drive new and innovative solutions in alignment to the organizations / functions strategy.
• Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with key business partners is essential, including senior executives
• Demonstrates leadership, collaboration, hands-on approach, and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, matrixed company
  
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Statistics or equivalent
• SQL and Statistical Programming
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel)
• Proven in-depth experience of working with Power BI ( advance level)- experience in developing dashboards
• Experience with applying machine learning techniques to classification, clustering & prediction problems
• Fluent in English
