In Bug 1873215, we added the extensions.formautofill.addresses.capture.requiredFields preference to ensure that address capture is triggered only when the submitted data contains those fields. However, not all countries use all the listed fields by default, which means we are unable to save addresses in those countries. To address this issue, we should determine the countryRequiredFields based on the address format specific to each region.
