Main Responsibilities
Utilize your strategic vision to develop and implement people and talent management policies and procedures tailored to the unique needs of the sector and the company.
Deploy your communication skills by collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., temporary employment agencies and unions) to understand HR needs and develop strategic plans based on them, always fostering a positive work environment.
Employ your people-oriented approach to promote and coordinate talent development and retention programs that improve employees' skills and competencies.
Utilize your planning and problem-solving abilities to handle labor issues efficiently, ensuring compliance with labor laws as well as agreements applicable to the context (e.g., metal industry agreement), such as managing recruitment processes, together with the collaborator performing the department's operations functions.
Employ your attention to detail to systematize procedures and thus optimise the department.
