Reporting directly to the Company Director, the main objective of the selected person will be responsible for:


  • Working closely with management to drive business priorities and development.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with the works council.
  • Overseeing human resources activities, ensuring legal compliance of all procedures, with external management support.
  • Oversight of recruitment, development and training activities.
  • Development and implementation of human resources initiatives within the company's strategy.
  • Time and attendance control and supervision for compliance.
  • Planning & Reporting, as well as Ad Hoc reports during the year.
  • Optimization of internal company processes.


Requirements:


  • Technical skills: Proven experience in human resources management, knowledge in labor law, talent management and organizational development.
  • Academic background: University degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration or related fields. Possession of a master's degree in Human Resources or similar will be a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years in a similar role.
  • Languages: High level of English and Catalán. Knowledge of French will be an asset.
  • Residence: Barcelona
