About Our Client

Retail firm in full expansion is looking for a HR Manager for its Madrid office.

You must be a native Chinese speaker or have at least 5 years' experience working in Chinese companies and be familiar with Chinese culture.

Job Description

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridging management and employee relations.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong Human Resources analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge in Spanish
  • Retail experience
